Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms of Service, by submitting your photo, video and/or other application materials (collectively, the "Application Materials"), you agree to exclusively grant and assign in perpetuity all right, title and interest in and to such Application Materials to the producers of the show for any and all uses by such producers, CBS Broadcasting Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, agents, successors and assigns, in their absolute and sole discretion.
